The Brasserie of Legends Brewery

The new building is being constructed in collaboration with the Tourism Office and the Brasserie des Légendes.
This building will cover more than 1,000 m².

The new building will welcome visitors to our beautiful city, or anyone looking for private spaces. It will consist of a glass tower with the old façade of the Tourist Office on one side and a new contemporary façade on the other. The space will be organised around the ground floor and three upper floors. A majestic wooden staircase, the centrepiece of the building, will connect the different levels. People with reduced mobility will have easy access to the different floors and facilities via a lift. The ground floor will house the Tourism Office and showcase regional products. This space will open onto the brasserie-restaurant, where visitors will be able to discover the full range of beers from the Brasserie des Légendes and spirits from the Distillerie de Biercée. The various rooms will easily accommodate groups. Two professional kitchens will be fitted out to prepare delicious, 100% local dishes. The garden level, with its interior courtyard, will offer a true outdoor haven of peace that will delight guests when they enjoy the terrace on sunny days.

The first floor will consist of various rooms and a second terrace that can be privatised for both professional events (meetings, seminars, team building) and family events (birthdays, christenings, celebrations, etc.) and will offer catering facilities (adjoining bar) in a friendly and cosy atmosphere.

The second floor will consist of a multipurpose room and the Tourism Office offices.

The third floor will be dedicated to the Tourism Office’s storage rooms and cloakrooms.
